As a client you’ll always know who I am and where you stand with me on a project. I will call with great news but I’m also not afraid to deliver bad news. The first thing I’ll tell a new client is if you work with me long enough I’m sure the make a mistake. But I’ll move heaven and earth to fix the problem or send you to someone who can.
Bridging the gap for customers
Standup Branding brings the opportunity to bridge the gap between the end user and the best possible partners for their needs.
So oftentimes there may be five layers of companies involved in a project and at the end of the day the customer is the one who ultimately pays the price if there are numerous vendors involved behind the scenes.
Transparency regarding my vendor partners and our ability to help is key. And there will be times when I simply won’t be able to help. I have the unique ability to dig deep in my resources and find solutions! Who would ever think a retail outdoor shade manufacturer could provide a perfect product for a retail solution? Making connections and doing my research allowed me to provide just this type of solution for a huge retailer. And the best part is I now have two new vendor partners and something unique in its own way for retail!
